Group training is designed for up to 10 players, combining the intensity of focused instruction with the energy of team-style competition. Co-ed small groups allow for personalized feedback while building communication, pace, and teamwork skills that transfer directly to game play.
Group Training
Led by Coach G Hockey owner and trainer Garrett Formhals, players will focus on core fundamental skills, receive personalized coaching, and enjoy plenty of puck touches in a small-group setting, including but not limited to:
Power skating
Edge work
Puck control
Shooting
Passing
Stickhandling
Small-area games and battle drills
Skaters: 5-10 players (ensuring quality instruction and individual attention)
Session Length: 60 minutes (flexible opportunities for players to train during the spring including before/after school)
Cost: $35 per player, per session
Policies
Refunds will be issued, only if session is canceled due to ice availability.
If a player is unable to attend a session, the payment may be applied as a credit toward a future training session.
Sessions cannot be transferred between players.

Players are responsible for providing the following gear:
Helmet
Jersey
Skates
Shin Pads
Socks for Shin Pads
Breezers
Shoulder/Chest Pads
Elbow Pads
Gloves
Sticks
Mouthguard
Protective Neckwear
Water Bottle
These co-ed small group sessions are a great opportunity for players to stay on the ice this spring/summer while building key skills and confidence in a structured training environment.
